After two successful years running their Yoga & Windsurf clinic, they decided to also organise a special week with more focus on yoga, wellness, meditation, relaxation and massage.

After an amazing week in April this year, full of joy, lots of wind and windsurfing, yoga and improvement from the participants they are already excited for next year.The Windsurf & Yoga holiday combines the exhilaration of windsurfing with the relaxation of yoga – all set in the breathtaking location at Bonaire. Yoga complements windsurfing and can greatly improve your performance in the water. Windsurfing makes you stronger, but the many hours on the water also causes sore and tensed muscles. Yoga brings this back in balance and helps being focused. Five days of windsurf coaching from professional windsurfer Arrianne Aukes, with photo and video analyses, and relaxing yoga from windsurfer and experience yoga instructor Ladina van Swoll.
