On the beautiful island os Cumbrae on the West Coast of Scotland – at the Sport Scotland National Centre.

Two ranges of Tushingham kit were used together with Starboard Rios in conditions including light winds, strong winds, warm sunshine and freezing snow flurries. 5/6 candidates were from the very active Clyde Windsurfing Club based on Castle Semple Loch in Lochwinnoch which is the largest active windsurfing club in the Glasgow area.

One of these candidates left the next day to work for Mark Warner in Rhodes where her year will continue on Starboard and Tushingham kit.
