Dahab 2006 was created by admin
It's nearly time now and tomorrow is going to be a long day. Just checking the forecast on weatheronline and it is showin gusts to 50mph for Sunday . Add to this the local effect and it could be something special. 8)
Monday force 4-5, Tuesday Force 4 and Wednesday Force 4 with a suggested +1-2 for the local effect and you may all need to buy some tape from Mike.
Remember to get your cameras out and we can put all the (safe) pics online.

Alex is getting very brave now that she's tasted waves for the first time...no stopping her now !!
Have a great time and try not to damage anything - especially your head Alex !!

Old Tigers, sensing the end, are at their most fierce.

Tim and all (not that there are many left back in the UK)
We are having a great time
Winds so far have been superb
I'm having to use sails so small, i didn't know existed
Anyway, few days yet so things could turn calm
I'm have been going out early on some big kit just to warm up then changing down in the pm
if Chris reads this - like Tim, sorry you can't be here mate but I've fallen in love with the speed strip. You probably guessed I would. Dont think I'm ready for the waves yet though.
Maybe will get round to another post later in the week.
PS Mike George sends his best.

You lucky lot. Mike txted me and said you have oodles of wind with 6/7 at the peak of the day. Fantastic. Dave I can well imagine you on the speed strip. Are you right up high by the spit where there's barely a ripple?
It's not too cold here. In fact it's warmed up a lot with 13-15C again. Nevertheless it's orribly cold to come back from Dahab to.
I have an MRI scan next week. That'll hopefully give me a pin point diagnosis and whether I can sail again soon....
Have fun the lot of you - I am there in spirit - ...
