This is Part 1 Exercise 1 of our Windwise Workout Exercise Series for preparing your body with some specific fitness training to get you ready for your next windsurfing session.

Work out at home to help your windsurfing gybes, tacs, freestyle and wave riding. Windwise warrior drills will skyrocket your windsurfing technique! Get your rig out in the garden and try it!
