I recently traveled to the Faroe Islands as part of a project for Lumix. During the two week stay we filmed all over the islands whilst searching for waves. One of the days we took the ferry south to the island of Sandoy. On the ferry we met a local Katrin who lives in the Faroe Islands and regularly surfs on her own with her dog Pepsi for company. She was on her own solo surfing trip for the day. Her positivity and love for surfing was infectious. It wasn't the best day for surf and was a typically cloudy day in the Faroe Islands, but it was a fun day nevertheless.
