Red Bull Storm Chase begins epic search for mother natures most ferocious storm!

The wild competition that pushes extreme windsurfing to its limits in impossible weather conditions is set to return in 2025 in Denmark.

The wait is ON for Red Bull Storm Chase, the extreme windsurfing competition that only takes place in vicious gale-force winds.

Eight of the best storm sailors in the world will travel to Denmark for the invite-only contest to battle for the crown of extreme windsurfing.

There is no fixed date or location, only when a perfect storm hits the Danish coastline will the specially selected riders be notified exactly when and where the contest will go down.

Receiving the call for Red Bull Storm Chase is considered one of the most prestigious honours in the sport and athletes will come from all corners of the globe to take part.

The contest promises wild rides in over 100km/h winds, massive jumps, and huge impacts as the windsurfers push their skills and equipment to the absolute limits.

No storm? No contest. The spectacle will strictly only take place in the most powerful storm that mother nature can provide.
