For most of my life, I have wave sailed and trained in Port Tack conditions (wind from the left)

and I've managed to build up a good repertoire of moves.

But since moving to Portugal I've had to relearn quite a few moves as the wind here is mainly Starboard tack (wind from the right)

The Taka has been one of those moves i've been working on

I'm still not really there yet but this video covers a few little tips and things i have done to help me to spin around and hopefully it will motivate a few of you to go out and try some.
