Victor Fernandez bounced back from a slightly disappointing campaign in 2023 by putting in a challenge for the 2024 world title. The Spaniard may have just fallen short - eventually finishing as the vice-world champion behind Marcilio Browne (Goya Windsurfing / MFC) - but he re-exerted his presence as one of the best wave sailors in the world.
