The Flyers and the Axbridge Animals, all aged between 9 and 14, sailed close races in four different classes, demonstrating skill and stamina in the ever-changing winds.
Mollie Densley Robbins (10) from the Animals, and Joshua Chatfield (11) and Lolly Dickens (9) from the Flyers, put in an impressive performance in their 3.5m class, in very patchy winds. Joshua came first, with only one point separating the other two.
As in previous years, families featured strongly in the line-up. Once again the Savages were out in force representing Axbridge Animals, with Alex (14) taking third, Georgie (11) taking second, and Izzy (12) winning in their respective fleets. Ben and Laura Boulson (14) both sailed for the Flyers, and Ben won the 6.8 Techno fleet.
Special mention must also be made of the Flyers' Jack Bassett (10) who worked exceptionally hard. He has improved considerably since last season and was rewarded with a win in the 4.5m class.
The next T15 event will take place at the South Cerney Outdoor Education Centre on Saturday 26 June, and the organisers are encouraging windsurfers from all T15 clubs in the region to participate. Winners of the series will be competing in the prestigious T15 Champions Cup in October.

Supported by industry leaders Tushingham/Starboard, Windsurf magazine, Boards magazine, Neil Pryde and Boardwise, T15 was set up by the RYA to help make windsurfing more accessible and appealing to youngsters at a grass roots level.
Fun and informal training sessions take place at T15 clubs all over the country for kids up to the age of 15, which are run weekly by specialist RYA coaches. The T15 inter-club championship takes place regionally over the summer adding a competitive edge and race training for those keen to hone their skills. Kit can be borrowed from the clubs and the cost of sessions is kept low.
