Alexia Kiefer is the new Surf Magazine ROOKIE OF THE YEAR – announced last weekend @ the Duesseldorf Boat Show! Alexia is only 13 years old and last season she won the PWA Junior contests on Gran Canaria and Tenerife and is the PWA Vice World Champ Under 16 & 17! So well deserved and for sure we will hear more about her in the future!
