Windwise take on Porto Pollo 2018

Wind, rain, sunshine, rain, wind, blasting, warrior gybing & tacking, upwind downwinders, SUP Touring, Windsurf Touring, hot chocolates, The Bear Cafe, Pizza, BBQ's, football, mountain dining and an amazingly positive group of people. Thank you all for joining us in Sardinia.

We arrived in sunshine and then had just about every possible weather conditions you could imagine. As mainland Europe basked in unseasonably hot weather, Sardinia was more inclement. We had planning winds and sailed pretty much every day and certainly made the best of the beautiful bay and hot coffee from the Bear Cafe!  

I wanted to reiterate my thanks to you all for joining us on our recent Sardinian adventure. I thought the skills sessions we went through and how you worked that into your windsurfing went really well. So thank you for your energy, efforts and enthusiasm.

It was a really great group both on and off the water and I really hope you got a lot out of it and I don't just mean all the food we ate! As ever, I loved sharing all the banter, entertainment and socials which really make the whole experience so memorable, and that is down to you all - THANK YOU!
