Markus Rydberg (Simmer / Simmer Sails) is another pro who spent a their off season training in Cape Town, South Africa, and the Swede has just released a new episode of his #vikingtrainingdiaries.

Cape Town is famous for its reliable trade winds and consistent waves, which makes it one of the most popular windsurfing destinations in the world from November-March and it certainly didn’t disappoint this year with firing conditions.
