After hearing so many great things about this event I couldn’t find a more perfect moment to come check it out on its 10th anniversary! It’s great to see a sport like windsurfing can bring so many people together for just a good time, laughs and the passion for the sport checking out all the latest gear, I’m looking forward to meeting you all and hopefully score a nice windsurfing session together! See you on the water!”
Try SUP Pilates with Sophie Ackroyd
Sophie is a full time Pilates instructor and a SUP/ SUPilates instructor during the season.
Pilates focuses very much on building core stability (abs/back/pelvis) and strength, mobility and flexibility of the whole body, which is beneficial for all sport. Doing Pilates exercises on a SUP board challenges those the body further – and is also good fun! The SUP boards are anchored either by a weight or tethered to a buoy, so there is no risk of you floating out to sea! SUPilates is new and very much in development, so Sophie would like as many people as possible to come along to the NWF, have a go and give her feedback.
The NWF SUP Experience – Get Your Teams Together!
