Italian freestyle and wave expert Mattia Pedrani released a short clip about his 2015 trip to Maui. He spent more than 3 weeks in paradise together with his girlfriend Alice and enjoyed the waves at Ho’okipa on his 89 liter quad and 5,0m sail. Mattia is a tall and heavy rider, but he manages to make the tricks looking so easy.

“After being back on the island last year, I felt the urge to come right back for an encore – “Hana hou” – this year. Though I only sailed 6 times during the 3 weeks in October, I managed to get some nice little rides and do some tricks, some also in POV (point of view shot) with my new GoPro.
