We looking for a talented and highly artistic graphic designer and content creator with a proven track record to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate is a highly-motivated and ambitious individual with a strong print and digital portfolio, strong communication skills, knows how to think conceptually and can manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.

The Role: You will be working closely with the Digital Media manager and Product Designer to design and produce a range of materials to help support sales staff and promote new products to both B2B and B2C customers including but not exclusively:

1. Sales Materials2. Print Advertising3. Digital Advertising4. Product packaging design5. Product graphic design6. POS materials7. Trade show stand design8. Newsletters9. Promotional clothing10. Product brochures

Required Skills: The applicant……..

1. is highly proficient in The Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator2. has excellent oral and written communication, organisational and time management skills3. can work effectively with different personality types and competing agendas4. is a fast learner with a good attitude5. works well independently and alongside colleagues6. is flexible, adaptable and able to manage shifting priorities

Desirable Skills:

1. Experience using Adobe Premier Pro, After effects or Final Cut pro to create video content 2. Photography and video production experience – for product photos and educational product videos3. Experience in either Stand Up Paddleboarding or Windsurfing

Qualifications and Experience:

1. A degree in graphic arts or design, fine arts, advertising, marketing, or a related field2. At least Three years of professional experience in a design-centred role3. This is a full-time position based in our headquarters in South Devon.
