A Sunday at Brancaster.

A small window of wind was forecast for Sunday so after looking at the forecast, Neil and I set off in search if this ‘wind’.

We made the decision to go to Brancaster for a change and our bet paid off.

After walking on the beach we decided to rig up and give it a go. Neil on a Fanatic Free wave and a Severne  Blade 6.2 while I plumped for my Frantic 106 with a 6.5 Gator.

After a short time having fun in the flat water, the wind picked up and the sea state changed to bum and jump on the inside with a lovely wave set out back.

This meant we both changed down to our Freewave 86L and Neil on a S1 5.2 and me on my favourite 5.3 Gator.

All I can say is that after a good 3 hour session, this has to be the best sail we have had for a long time.
