Gwithian.
Wall to wall sunshine
Punchy NW swell
Solid SSE wind and the best days sailing for a long time.
Paid the price though (Matthew) another broken toe(well the same one... again!) and about 9pm my left ankle swelled up to twice its normal size and hurt like HELL- cue the ibuprofen and copious amounts of ice. I'm sure Kirsty, who was lovely about it, was secretly thinking... pah, you call that pain?
I reckon there will be plenty of aching bodies today. It was busy at Gwithian and wall to wall smiles to go with the sunshine.
If only every day was like that!
