I wish to reinforce and make it totally clear on the NWF site/newsletter etc that the NWF Junior is open to all youths….

Interpretation a wonderful thing, and for some they interpret the event is aimed at just youths who are not currently involved with RYA which is not the aim at all……

Meaning that those not already involved with the RYA are most welcome to attend, the aim is to appeal to a wider audience and not to exclude anyone.
