Little Leat is centrally located in Cornwall and has great access to the A30 and hence to either coast – both within 30 minutes. To the west, Penzance, Mounts Bay and Lands End are less than an hour, or back to the North Coast and up towards Tintagel via Padstow, Rock, Polzeath and Crackington Haven. The tourist attractions of the Eden Project, Wheal Martyn China Clay Museum and Heligan gardens are also within easy reach. The owner also has a selection of Bikes, kayaks, windsurfers and stand up paddle boards all of which he will rent out and discuss the best local hotspots to use them! Cornwall has a wealth of fantastic restaurants and quality country pubs filled with charm and fine foods, Little Leat is a great base to enojoy all of these and give yourself something different to see everyday!

The Little Leat is a comfortable, stylish apartment annex. The lounge is equipped with a great flat screen TV with full Netflix built in and a huge range of films ready to be streamed onto the screen, there is also a Sonos sound system. Outside is a barbecue and table and chairs all in your own private area, there is plenty of off road parking available.

Accommodation

Ground Floor: Sitting room with comfortable sofa (doubling up as a sofa bed), large flat screen TV with Netflix and a large number of films ready to play! There is a table and chairs, kitchen, shower room with WC and wash basin. A door leads from the lounge into the double bedroom with 5′ bed.

External: Private area with external furniture and barbecue, off road parking.

Facilities & Services

Heating is via central heating. The kitchen has a range of modern units with an electric cooker & hob, microwave, fridge with ice box compartment, kettle and toaster. WiFi is available at the property. The sitting room has a large flat screen TV with digital catch up, Netflix and a large range of films built in. There is an iron and ironing board. There is a high chair and cot.

Miscellaneous

Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included but you must bring your own beach towels. There is off street parking. We regret no smoking is permitted within the property. Well behaved dogs are welcomed at Little Leat
