Wet & Dry Festival

This was a demo day with a difference, Wet & Dry’s and their sister company Festival Board Sports come together at Stone Waters Sports Club. The prevailing wind is normally off shore so the waters are flat and ideal for wake boarding and SUPing, though typically when you don’t want wind it arrives, ok it was only light but from the north making it a little choppy for the wake boarders, not that it bothered us SUPer’s or lasted for long.

Once the land heated up, (yes the sun was out) what wind was soon cancelled out, (still can’t get used to hoping for no wind). Low ensured the water hose was in full use, not to top up the river but to clean off the mud, one girl who decided a mud pack was the best way to improve your skin tried the same technique on one of Jai’s boards, think he was still scrubbing it at sun down.
