We just did long distance race as a part of the warm-up for the Kia Cold Hawaii World Cup in Klitmøller. Once again it was a race between kitesurfers and windsurfers. I won the race and had great coverage in the Danish television.

Top kiters arrived in Klitmøller with specially tuned equipment like race boards and asymmetrical boards. They were arrogantly confident to kick the windsurfers’ butts. From the start they were in a rush and leading the fleet through the shore break.

Sebastian started with production equipment from the shelf and played it safe: he started slowly but focused and in control as he looked for a safe passage through the tricky shorebreak. From then on DEN-24 just pushed the pedal, easily overtaking all the kiters who had not the spark of a chance!
