Attended some coaching with Sam Ross at Draycote. Really worthwhile and great value for money, so many thanks to Onboard for organising it and Jimbo for the heads-up. It was light wind during the coaching but we started getting decent gusts through as it finished. Sam was nice enough to stay out helping some of us that were getting some action. After 6 hours on the water and almost getting an air flaka, I made it home home totally shattered and a little sunburnt.
My first visit to Draycote and I liked it. It was really good in a northerly, which isn't very good at Rutland. Being a lot closer, it could be a good alternative to Hunny, however, the day ticket is far too much at £20. Such a pity as they seem like a decent crowd.
