From what I've seen it looks like a nice move, works in onshore wind and smallish waves, perhaps perfect to throw in UK conditions.
Anyone giving them a go?

The only 360 I manage is usually whilst getting rinsed. John makes them look really easy there.

This one by Klaas looks even easier. Get pushed round by the wave as you fall in, and do a waterstart in the footstraps. They can't be that easy, can they?

they do look pretty much perfect for my normal conditions and not too difficult in soft conditions. Must try some next time I sail
