What a great day - spent many hours blasting back and forth, and although not reaching any great speeds, clocked up about 27 miles distance sailed, and didn't want to come off the water. Its strange how adrenalin can keep you going even when you know your strength has gone, but once your hands keep slipping off the boom and cramp sets in, you don't have much choice but to call it a day, and go home happy and smiling 8)
Roll on Dahab now - although this week is already starting to drag, and my arms feel like pin cushions this evening having been updated with various vaccinations - but it'll all be worth it - especially as the weather is going to turn cold in the UK
