I was thinking (I know its dangerous but my wife lets me do it occassionally - thinking that is!)

....and wondering how many of u have half a mast (or more than a half) lying redundant in our garages (or if you are Phill, your thermostatically controlled shrine to windsurfing)

I have broken a number of 'bottom' halves in my time and have the following tops:

2 x 520 Arrows
1 x 550 Arrows
1 x 520 Tushingham

All are 100% carbon.

Whilst I guess most breaks are the 'bottom' half, I would imagine there are a number of you who might have broken a few tops.

If you need (or would like to donate) the mate of any of the above - or even wish to post your lonely other half mast on this forum - go ahead and if there are enough takers perhaps we can start a new site "masts reunited"
