Uploading to the gallery

Uploading to the gallery was created by admin
I've had a number of people struggle to upload pictures to the gallery.

To try and make things easier I have added a second method of uploading pictures using a Java Applet. To upload this way use the 'JUpload' button instead of 'Upload'. The old method is still available.
