I asked for this section, so I might as well post first.

Got to Rutland late due to the effects of a hangover. Wasn't expecting much, but made it over to the church and got some decent 5.8 wind. Worked on various gybes and chop hopping. After 30 mins I made my way back to Whitwell to find Callum and his dad doing some light wind practice. Saw a couple of push tacks, heli's and upwind 3's.

I didn't stay long, but it was nice to get out and clean all the salt/sand off the kit. The forecast looks pretty good for this week, so should get out again.

I must sail Rutland next time I am down. I sailed up at Rhossy today. Windy but cold. My winter suit really could do with chucking in the bin and being replaced. Since becoming one of the great unwashed I struggle to justify it though. Starting a new job next week so maybe I will buy myself an early xmas pressie.
