The Guru was correct

Pigeon Point in Tobago is Windsurfing Heaven. I have never sailed in such perfect conditions. Also, I found myself saying, "I'm not that good" as I pulled off near perfect carves. If only it were that easy at Brog (or anywhere else for that matter)

Anyone thinking of a holiday where you can Windsurf +++++, Tobago is the place.

Back in the UK now and a bit depressed

No more aquamarine water so warm it is like having a bath

No more warm F5s so constant and without annoying lulls and gusts

I've got to go back - some day

Pigeon point, just fantastic sailing, we had one low wind but sailable day in 15. Hotel was a bit dodgy though.

We were very fortunate with our Hotel. The Grafton is further up the coast near Turtle Beach. It is a modern all-inclusive resort hotel with a bar in the pool so that you can swim up to get your unlimited number of beers and cocktails. The food was excellent too- I put 6 lbs on in a week! However, it was not very convenient for Pigeon point but only a 20 min taxi ride away.

Just fantastic sailing. Where I really got to grips with waterstarts, water was so warm, really didn't mind being in it.
