Ce spot mythique qui a vu nombres de fabuleux évènements Windsurf et plus récemment Stand Up Paddle revient sur le devant de la scène internationale. Du 18 au 26 octobre 2014, tous les yeux de la planète glisse seront rivés sur le Pays Bigouden avec les épreuves de la Coupe du Monde de Vagues et de Slalom.

This mythical spot which has seen in the past many amazing windsurfing events and more recently in Stand Up Paddle, is back under the international spotlights. From 18th to 26th, all the surfing planet will be watching La Torche and the World Cup Waves & Slalom.

Last winter I traveled to one of the worlds most famous windsurfing destinations. While riding some beautiful waves in the South Atlantic Ocean, pulling myself into some forwards and back loops a dream came true.

The stunning lakes close to Cape Town provided us some loving freestyle conditions to enjoy and learn some new freestyle moves as well!

South Africa has given two amazing months and I'll remember this windsurfing trip forever.

I designed the three batten Taka to be a pure wave sail. It’s light in the hands and rides waves better than any sail I have ever used. During the Taka’s developmental phase, there was always a fight between Kevin, Graham and me, on who got to use the Taka proto that day.

So, if you are serious about your wave sailing and want to get more radical off the top, the Taka will help. I know it has for me.
