Jason chased down a massive swell that hit Fiji earlier this year. It happened to be just a few days before the Volcom ASP event and so he found himself in the company of the likes of Mick Fanning and Joel Parkinson. Great to see a windsurfer hitting the waves with some of the big names in surfing.

It's all about taster session and competitions in Kayaking, Windsurfing, Kitesurfing and SUP'ing today, as we cover the highlights once again at this years National Watersports Festival. Hosted by Colin 'Whippy' Dixon and Max Rowe. Brought to you by Pixeltech Broadcast.

Yet another fantastic day at the National Watersports Festival! Again the sun has shone and everyone is in their element. Join Colin 'Whippy' Dixon and Max Rowe as they speak to the public about why the NWF is so special, and head out onto the water for some SUP'ing action!

Once again I got the chance to film an early morning Vento session with Michael Rossmeier AUT-256, author of the Tricktionary. Unfortunately the conditions were not the best to film because the best wind was further out on the water. These are the shots we got. Enjoy and thanks for watching !

"Its name is Bithia. I’ve been driving through an island, down to its southernmost tip, beyond that… Africa!
Escape from the city and its insane rhythms. Once again my vw Transporter is doing its job, kilometers are rolling in. Wheels have spun over 600 kilometers and now have finally reached the endpoint of the mainland. Now, I take a breath.
The real journey starts and time begins to slow down. The wind, always present, is flowing through myself and my board is gliding farther away.
An albatross (not sure it actually is, but I like to think so) is accompanying me gliding over my head, a bunch of flying fishes has decided to travel part of the way along with me. Down there in the blue there’s more life than I imagined…
For a while I’ve lost contact with the real world. All of a sudden, Francesco, Giulio and Andrea remind me of jibing, just as well, after all Tunisia is not so far away…
The water is flowing away, the wind is pushing as this vivid light rewards me with intense images. Tomorrow the wind will blow still stronger. We are gonna wait for it. The 4,7 is ready."
