We hold your personal contact data for the sole purpose of providing you with information relating to Windwise technique, travel, courses, events, social and services provided by Windwise.

Details we might hold about you

We hold personal contact information that you have provided to us either through attending one of our courses, emailing us, calling over the phone, giving us your information at an event or expressing an interest in another Windwise related product or service. This might include name, address, email and mobile number and emergency contact details if you have given them to us.

If you have ever paid Windwise via BACS or our website (we only use SagePay which is totally secure payment system) we do not hold or have access to your payment details.

We use electronic and paper-based systems to ensure that your information is kept confidential and secure. All data is held securely.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use information collected lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

How we use your information

We use your personal data for the sole purpose of providing you with services or information relating to Windwise. This ranges from Windwise courses, holidays, events, promotions and newsletters. We also use your information for booking you onto any course, holiday, social or event you have purchased from us.

We maintain our duty of confidentiality to you at all times and will not disclose your information to any third party unless to complete a course or event booking e.g. arranging accommodation, equipment booking. 

In all cases, your information is only accessed and used by authorised staff who are involved in providing or supporting Windwise activities.

Your Choices

You have the right to opt out of receiving communications from Windwise relating to our courses, events or services.If you are happy for your data held and used for the purposes described in this privacy notice then you do not need to do anything.If you do not want Windwise to use your information for the purposes outlined you can choose to opt-out/unsubscribe and we will remove your data from our records.
